A credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.

 

Price is per person. Example- if you want 4 travelers in your room, select one of the options for 4 pr (per room) that matches your needs. If you are paying for all four travelers, you will need a quantity of four in your cart. Please message us to set up a payment plan.

Price per person. When paying by check*, money order, or cash. Please message us, we must receive payment with in 10 business day or your seat/room could be resold. Please include name and phone number for each traveler.

This trip is to the Boston, MA will depart on Thursday at 6:30pm from the park n ride (Scott Depot exit) in Scott Depot and Rural Kings in Mt Hope (Beckley pickup location), WV. We will drop off at the Courtyard Marriott in Boston on Friday morning. You will check your luggage and you are off to explore Boston/Salem.

 

We do pickup in Beckley, Scott Depot, Flatwoods, Clarksburg, Morgantown WV & Hagerstown MD.

Please note at check out if you like one of the on route pickups.

 

You will have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to explore all the spookyness of Salem and Boston. Hotel located across from the train station, its short train ride to Salem. "Your trip your WAY" spend all three or just one day in Salem, the options and things to do are endless.

 

Sunday at 4pm we will depart Boston and travel back to WV. The bus will arrive back at Scott Depot, WV Monday at around 8-9am

A $100 per person non-refundable deposit. The deposit is required to reserve your seat/room.

 

Full balance is due Sept. 5

 

Seating Chart

 

We will assign seats; your group will be seated together if booked together, If you didn't book together please message us letting us know who is in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first.

Buses have bathrooms, and 2 prong and USB outlets.

      1. Payments, Deposits, and Chargebacks

      • Payment Requirement: All travel payments must be settled in full prior to departure.
      • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
      • Dispute Policy: Except in cases of proven fraud, you agree not to dispute or charge back any authorized payment. If a chargeback is attempted to circumvent booking terms, Westfall Travel reserves the right to recover all costs, including administrative fees, attorneys' fees, and court costs.

      2. Cancellations and Refunds

      • Standard Refunds: Refunds are only issued if your seat can be resold prior to departure. If resold, you will receive the amount paid minus the $100 deposit.
      • Overnight Trips: For all overnight travel, the entire balance becomes non-refundable 45 days prior to departure.
      • Company Cancellations: If Westfall Travel or the motorcoach company cancels a trip for any reason (including unsafe road conditions), you will receive a full refund. Westfall Travel is not responsible for costs lost through outside vendors (e.g., flights, separate hotels) due to a cancellation.
      • Weather and Access: No refunds are issued if you cannot reach the pickup location due to weather or impassable roads in your area.
      • Service Satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued based on a non-satisfactory experience.

      3. Boarding, Parking, and Security

      • Parking: Guests may park at designated boarding locations at their own risk. Westfall Travel and property owners assume no liability for theft, incidents, or damages. Non-compliance with parking rules may result in towing at the owner's expense.
      • Personal Belongings: Westfall Travel is not liable for missing, lost, or stolen items.
      • Security: Westfall Travel is not responsible for personal security; guests travel at their own risk.

      4. Onboard Conduct and Fees

      • Prohibited Items: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the motorcoach.
      • Beverages: No open beverages are allowed. All drinks must have caps and a positive seal.
      • Seating: Seats are assigned in rows of two. Odd-numbered groups may be seated next to other travelers to maximize capacity.
      • Guest Conduct: Foul language and physical, mental, or verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Westfall Travel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe. Removed guests are responsible for their own return costs.
      • Incidental Fees: Your group is responsible for the following charges if applicable:
        • Sick/Vomit Fee: $100.00 per occurrence.
        • Excessive Cleaning Fee: $250.00.
        • Damages: Based on professional repair estimate.

      5. Itinerary, Rooms, and Liability

      • Itinerary Changes: Departure, arrival, and travel times are estimates. Westfall Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary as needed.
      • Roommate Policy: Travelers must confirm roommates before payment. If a roommate cancels, the remaining party must find a replacement or pay the adjusted room rate (e.g., moving from a quad rate to a triple rate).
      • Emergency Accommodations: If an additional overnight stay is required for any reason, guests are responsible for their own hotel costs.
      • Third-Party Vendors: We act as a booking agent for hotels and attractions and are not accountable for their specific service issues. You agree to abide by all 3rd-party vendor policies.
      • Liability Limits: We are not liable for impacts caused by natural disasters, mechanical issues, legal authorities, or government shutdowns.
