Itinerary:
  • Friday: Arrive by 7:45pm
  • Friday: Leave Scott Depot, WV at 8pm. Check below for all other pickup times
  • Saturday: changing clothes stop approx 1 hour, we will arrive about 5-9am
  • Saturday: Drop off at 42nd & 8th by 10am 
  • Saturday: Pickup at 10pm, close to 42nd & 8th, please watch fb for updates on where buses are parked
  • Sunday: arrive back home 9-10am

  • Scott Depot- Krogers- 101 Great Teays Blvd, Scott Depot WV at 8pm
  • Flatwoods- Walmart- 369 Scott Fork Rd, Sutton, WV 26601 at 9:30pm. Watch FB page for ETA

Seating Chart
We will  assign seats, your group will be seated together if booked together. If you didn't book together please message us letting us know who in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first. 
 
$200 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your seat.
 
Final/ Full Payment due: April 1. 2026
 
Be sure to tip the drivers but know it is optional.

      By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the Terms and conditions below.

      📷 All deposits are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable

      📷 Refunds are only given if the seat can be resold prior to departure. Refunds for the amount paid minus the $200 deposit will be sent back to you

      📷 Full refunds are given if Westfall Travel or the bus company cancels the trip for any reason.

      📷 If, for any reason an overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay.

      📷 No alcohol is allowed on the bus. No Smoking and/or Vaping.

      📷 No open beverages are allowed. Drinks must have caps and positively seal.

      📷 Westfall Travel Group cannot be held liable for missing, lost, or stolen items.

      📷 Westfall Travel Group reserves the right to have the traveler disembark at the nearest rest area for unruly behaviour
