Itinerary:
Friday May 21 at 5pm pickup from Rural King Mt Hope WV
Friday May, 21 at 5pm pickup from Park-n-Ride in Scott Depot, WV
We also will pickup in Flatwoods, Clarksburg, Morgantown WV
 
Saturday May 22 we will arrive at Hyatt shortly after midnight
Saturday May 22 enjoy breakfast that morning in the lobby
Sunday May 23  you can enjoy breakfast in the lobby, check out and check your bag with the hotel by 10am.
Sunday May 23  return to hotel by 4pm to get your luggage
Sunday May 23 depart hotel by 4:30pm
Sunday May 23  arrive back in WV around midnight

We will assign seats, your group will be seated together if booked together. If you didnt book together please message us letting us know who in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first.
 
$100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required per person to reserve your seat/room.
