Pick up in Beckley WV,  Scott Depot, WV & Kentucky (on route TBD). 
 
Hotel is located on the parade route for several parades.
Bus has bathroom and 3 prong 120v outlets most have USB ports.
We do not put strangers with other strangers in the same room. Other companies may do that, but that's not how Westfall Travel Group operates, it is just weird.
 
Credit Card Pricing per person is as follows:
$750 when booking 4 people per room
$835 when booking 3 people per room
$995 when booking 2 people per room (king room, we can request double bedroom but its not guaranteed) 
$1520 when booking 1 per room
 
Cash Pricing per person is as follows:
$695 when booking 4 people per room
$785 when booking 3 people per room
$945 when booking 2 people per room
$1440 when booking 1 per room
All room have (2) queen beds  and kings rooms (LIMITED TO ONLY 12 ROOMS)
 
$200 per room non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat and room. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the trip is cancelled for any reason by Westfall Travel. Final/ Full Payment due: Dec 1, 2026
 
Cash, Zelle, Check*, Cash App or Money Order.No fees on check, money order and cash payments. We will hold your room/seat for 5 business days to allow receipt for payment. So mail those payments asap. Westfall Travel is not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

As always you are welcome to leave extras (blankets, pillow, etc.) on the bus.
Also, a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
 
Itinerary:
Thursday Jan 28: Depart Beckley WV at 5pm (101 Crossroads Mall Mt Hope WV) 
Thursday Jan 28: Depart Scott Depot, WV at 7pm (park n ride beside Sheetz 4344A Teays Valley Rd)
Pick up in Ky (TBD)
 
Couple bathroom breaks and driver change overnight
 
Friday Jan 29: Arrive in New Orleans around noon at Residence Inn New Orleans and then you are off to enjoy the city. Return to the hotel anytime after 4pm to collect bag and check into your room. IF early check in available it will be at extra fee, paid at the time of check in. There will be a hotel secured deposit held at check in by Hilton.
 
Saturday Jan 30: Day on your own in New Orleans
 
Sunday Jan 31: Day on your own in New Orleans
 
Monday Feb 1: Check out of the hotel at 11am and board the bus
 
Monday Feb 2: Dinner stop at Buc-cees
 
Monday Feb 2: Arrive home midnight or later
 
Be sure to tip the bus drivers!!
