Friday Sept 11 at 5pm pickup from Park-n-Ride in Scott Depot, WV
Friday May, 22 2026 at 6:30pm pickup from Rural Kings Mt Hope WV
 
Friday Sept 11  we will arrive at Holiday Inn Express around 10pm
Saturday Sept 12 enjoy breakfast that morning in the lobby 
Saturday Sept 12 depart hotel for Monticello at 8:30am
Saturday Sept 12 Highlights tours start at 9:55am and 10:20am (we will be in groups of 25. After tour you are on your own to explore.
Saturday Sept 12 depart Monticello at 5:15pm 
Sunday Sept 13 you can enjoy breakfast in the lobby, and check out.
Sunday Sept 13 depart hotel at 10:45
Sunday Sept 13 Lunch at Michie Tavern at 11:30
Sunday Sept 13 depart tavern at 1pm
Sunday Sept 13 arrive back in Scott Depot by 6pm

We will assign seats, your group will be seated together if booked together. If you didn't book together please message us letting us know who in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first.
 
$100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required per person to reserve your seat/room.
