Itinerary:
- Friday Dec 11: Leave Scott Depot and Beckley WV at 10:00pm.
- Saturday Dec 12: Arrive in NYC by 11am, drop bags at hotel in Times Square and then you are off to enjoy the city. Return to the hotel anytime after 4pm to collect bag and check into your room.
- Monday Dec 14: Check out of the hotel by 11am and check your bag with the luggage counter.
- Monday Dec 14: arrive back to the hotel by 4pm to pickup luggage we depart hotel at 4:30pm.
- Tuesday Dec 15: arrive in Scott Depot and Beckley at 5-7am.

Bus has bathroom, and 3 prong 120v outlets with USB ports. We do not put strangers with other strangers in the same room. Other companies may do that, but that's not how Westfall Travel Group operates, it is just weird.

$100 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your seat/room.
Final/ Full Payment due: Sept 30, 2026 at 11:59pm
FEE: Porterage fee is $15 per bag. First bag per person is included in price. This is only for bag checked in at the hotel luggage counter. This must be paid in cash before departure Dec 11.
As always you are welcome to leave extras on the bus.
All adults must submit their ID at counter and a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
Be sure to tip the drivers but know it is optional.
