Round trip on deluxe motorcoach
2 night hotel stay at 4 star hotel on 51st St. 
 
Itinerary:
  • Tuesay: Leave Scott Depot, WV at 10:00pm. 
  • Wednesday: Arrive in NYC by 10am, drop bags at hotel and then you are off to enjoy the city. Return to the hotel anytime after 4pm to collect bag and check into your room.
  • Friday: Check out of the hotel by noon and depart at 12:30pm
  • Friday: Quick dinner stop at 5-6pm
  • Friday: arrive back 9-10pm

Seating Chart
We will  assign seats, your group will be seated together if booked together. If you didn't book together please message us letting us know who in your group. We do take seating requests. Those are honored based on the groups that paid in FULL first. 
 
Hotel is less than one (1) block from parade route. Bus has bathroom, and 3 prong 120v outlets with USB ports. We do not put strangers with other strangers in the same room. Other companies may do that, but that's not how Westfall Travel Group operates, it is just weird.

$605 when booking 4 people per room
$710 when booking 3 people per room
$785 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$910 when booking 2 people per room  (room has double beds)
$1340 when booking 1 person in room (king room)
 
Cash Pricing
$575 when booking 4 people per room
$675 when booking 3 people per room
$745 when booking 2 people per room (room has 1 king bed only)
$865 when booking 2 people per room (room has double beds)
$1275 when booking 1 person in room (king room)
 
$100 per person non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your seat/room.
 
Final/ Full Payment due: Sept 30, 2025
 
FEE: Porterage fee is $15 per bag. First bag per person is included in price. This is only for bag checked in at the hotel luggage counter. This must be paid in cash before departure.
 
As always you are welcome to leave extras on the bus.
All adults must submit their ID at counter and a credit card will be required at the time of check-in for any incidentals.
 
Be sure to tip the drivers but know it is optional.
